Cost of college went up for all students at Ohio Technical College


Tuition and fees rose 1.9 percent for 2018-19 at Ohio Technical College, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Ohio students paid $20,880 to attend the two-year private for-profit institution this year – $380 more than the $20,500 charged for 2017-18.

Data shows 93 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 845 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.9 million and 241 students took out student loans totaling more than $1.6 million.

Including all undergraduates (905), 846 students used grants or scholarships totaling $3.9 million, and 178 students took out $1.4 million in federal student loans.
