Graduates earn 105 degrees, certificates from United Theological Seminary


About 46.7 percent of the 105 degrees and certificates handed out by United Theological Seminary in 2017-18 were to students in programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private not-for-profit institution in Dayton conferred 49 doctor's degrees in theology and religious vocations, other programs.

Other popular programs include divinity/ministry, lay ministry and theology/theological studies.

The seminary enrolled 421 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in 421 programs.
