Graduates earn 3,877 degrees, certificates from Wright State University-Main Campus


About 19.8 percent of the 3,877 degrees and certificates handed out by Wright State University-Main Campus in 2017-18 were to students in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the public institution in Dayton conferred 567 bachelor's degrees and 178 master's degrees in business, management, marketing, and related support services programs.

But the single most popular program was for a bachelor's degree in registered nursing/registered nurse. Data shows the school gave out 199 bachelor's degrees in registered nursing/registered nurse, followed by 168 bachelor's degrees in general business administration and management and 152 bachelor's degrees in general psychology.

The university enrolled 15,957 students for 2017-18, including 12,115 in undergraduate programs and 3,842 in graduate programs.
