Graduates earn 11 degrees, certificates from American National University-Dayton


About 100 percent of the 11 degrees and certificates handed out by American National University-Dayton in 2017-18 were to students in health professions and related programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Kettering conferred 10 associate's degrees and 1 certificates in health professions and related programs.

But the single most popular program was for a associate's degree in surgical technology/technologist. Data shows the school gave out 6 associate's degrees in surgical technology/technologist, followed by 3 associate's degrees in health information/medical records technology/technician and 1 certificates in phlebotomy technician/phlebotomist.

The university enrolled 22 students for 2017-18, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
