DIEBOLD NIXDORF, INCORPORATED: Diebold Nixdorf Discusses Challenges and Opportunities Facing Banks at the RBR Branch Transformation Conference in London


Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated issued the following announcement on Nov. 26.

Diebold Nixdorf (NYSE: DBD), a global leader in driving connected commerce, will present its latest consumer banking solutions in booth 16 at the RBR Branch Transformation 2018 conference from November 27-28 at London’s Royal Lancaster Hotel. The event attracts more than 550 pioneering banks and industry partners from over 50 countries worldwide.

Diebold Nixdorf Chief Marketing Officer Devon Watson will deliver a keynote speech on revitalizing retail banking agility and embracing the larger ecosystem. He will discuss the various challenges facing banks, such as the unprecedented pressure they face in managing costs while having to improve the customer experience at the same time, and how new retail banking technologies can help shape this experience.

Matt Phillips, vice president of Diebold Nixdorf's banking operations in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and Brendan Kerin, head of retail operations at Permanent TSB, will share their views on how banks can maximize the value of their branch networks in an evolving digital retail landscape. They will also identify key trends impacting the customer experience across commerce ecosystems.

Visitors to the Diebold Nixdorf booth will have an opportunity to engage with experts and learn more about the company’s expertise in end-to-end branch transformation. The focus will be on three core areas: strategy and consulting; seamless mobile and digital branch journeys enabled through innovative technology; and effective people and process methodologies.

For the mobile journey, the company will show its VynamicTM Digital banking solutions. The next-generation digital connectivity suite enables omnichannel points to be smarter, changing consumer interactions by delivering real-time personalization and engagement. As for the digital journeys, Diebold Nixdorf will demonstrate how it leverages self-service kiosks to migrate transactions to digital channels.

Diebold Nixdorf further enables seamless consumer and staff branch journeys by leveraging in-store and branch mobile and tablet technology. The CS 4090 compact cash recycling system frees tellers from conducting routine transactions and fosters relationship building.

At the core of Diebold Nixdorf’s network implementation and operation offering is VynamicTM Insights. The software is designed to manage data from multiple sources, different channels and across departments within an organization. It serves as a powerful, real-time analytics engine to unify and transform data into meaningful dashboards to enhance the customer experience and improve operations.

Also on display will be Diebold Nixdorf AllConnect Services?, which enable banks and retailers to make physical distribution channels as agile, efficient and differentiated as their digital counterparts.
