91 percent of applicants to Herzing University-Toledo were admitted for fall 2017


At Herzing University-Toledo, 77 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 80 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Toledo enrolled 213 students in fall 2017, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 9.9 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

96 percent of undergraduates are residents of Ohio, and 4 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Black or African American (51 percent) and white (38 percent).

The school admitted 91 percent of the 35 students who applied for fall 2017. Of those who were admitted, 50 percent enrolled.
