About 69.4 percent of the 157 degrees and certificates handed out by the Brown Mackie College-Cincinnati in 2016-17 were to students in Health Professions and Related Programs programs, making them the most popular programs that year, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.
The agency's National Center for Education Statistics shows the private for-profit institution in Cincinnati conferred 65 certificates and 42 associate's degrees in Health Professions and Related Programs programs.
But the single most popular program was for a certificate in Medical/Clinical Assistant. Data shows the school gave out 34 certificates in Medical/Clinical Assistant, followed by 29 certificates in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training and 26 associate's degrees in Veterinary/Animal Health Technology/Technician and Veterinary Assistant.
The college enrolled 249 students for 2016-17, all of whom were enrolled in undergraduate programs.
